    Accountant and Inventory Auditor

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Process accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and vendor payments.
    • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
    • Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.
    • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning activities.
    • Ensure statutory compliance with tax, regulatory, and audit requirements.
    • Support internal and external audit processes.
    • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
    • Recommend improvements to financial systems and controls.
    • Conduct routine and scheduled physical inventory counts across all storage areas.
    • Compare physical stock with system records to identify variances and investigate discrepancies.
    • Monitor stock movement, transfers, and usage to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
    • Verify accuracy of deliveries, receipts, and returns by working closely with warehouse and procurement teams.
    • Prepare inventory audit reports and highlight findings, risks, and recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, stocking standards, and audit processes.
    • Identify causes of stock shortages, damages, or wastage and propose corrective actions.
    • Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliations.
    • Maintain proper documentation and secure handling of inventory-related data.
