Job Description (Summary):

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for various platforms, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining the brand's identity. Your role will involve working on diverse design projects, managing timelines, and integrating feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Graphic Design (Motion & Still):

Create and design digital and print materials such as brochures, logos, banners, social media graphics, website visuals, and infographics, adhering to brand guidelines.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop design concepts and execute projects aligned with the company's vision and goals.

Branding:

Ensure consistency in visual style across all platforms, maintaining alignment with the brand identity.

Idea Generation:

Contribute creative ideas for new content and marketing campaigns, staying informed on industry trends and best practices.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while ensuring attention to detail.

Feedback Integration:

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance designs.

Skill Development:

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, continuously improving skills and applying new techniques.

Required Competencies:

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Experience in marketing design is preferred.
• Strong sense of typography, color, and layout with a keen eye for detail and composition.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking for innovative solutions.

Budget: NGN 250,000 - NGN 300,000 Monthly Gross (Negotiable)
