Job Summary:

• We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to join our dynamic Marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. This dual role requires a blend of artistic skills, strategic thinking, and social media expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create visually stunning graphics and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and event materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to enhance our social media presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager, preferably within a marketing department.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Minimum experience of 5-8 years.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing and animation software.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with web design and HTML/CSS.
