Graphic Design Intern at Innov8 Hub

JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a Graphics Design Intern who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital content creation.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, creativity, and a willingness to learn within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphics & Visual Content Creation

• Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and digital assets for social media, marketing materials, and internal communications.
• Assist in designing presentations, infographics, and promotional materials that align with Innov8 Hub’s branding.

Basic Video Editing & Motion Graphics (Bonus Skill)

• Support the team with video edits, overlays, and motion graphics for short-form content.
• Assist in post-production tasks such as resizing visuals, adding subtitles, and color corrections.

Branding & Content Collaboration

• Work closely with the Programs Team to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and marketing strategies.

Trend Research & Innovation

• Stay updated with design trends, digital engagement strategies, and creative tools to improve content quality.
• Experiment with new design techniques and styles to enhance audience engagement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education & Experience

• Corp member or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software (a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
• A portfolio of past design work (personal projects, school assignments, or freelance work).
