We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Graduate Trainee Program and Career Fair Associate.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting top talent to our organization through our graduate trainee program and participation in various career fairs.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to promote our graduate trainee program to top universities and colleges
Plan and coordinate on-campus recruitment events, such as information sessions and presentations
Represent the company at career fairs, engaging with potential candidates and promoting our employer brand
Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates for the graduate trainee program
Manage the application process for the graduate trainee program, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information about available roles and requirements
Analyze recruitment data and provide reports on the effectiveness of the graduate trainee program and career fair initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graduate recruitment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong public speaking abilities and confidence in presenting to large groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
