The Graduate Trainee Field Agent program is designed to train and develop young graduates to carry out field-based sales, customer acquisition, and service support activities. The role involves learning and executing marketing strategies, engaging customers directly, and representing the company’s brand professionally while meeting set performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in structured training programs covering field operations, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
• Conduct field visits to acquire new customers and promote company products or services.

Qualifications & Requirements:
