Who must

• Managed a Manufacturing establishment as the arrow head or Factory Manager.
• Have the ability and proven record of managing factory operations including but not limited to customer service, sales, production, distribution and logistics, HR and Administrative functions of a factory.
• Have what it takes to drive business performance in a fast paced work environment
• Have a track record of performance and achieving results as arrow head of a team
• Have experience in overseeing HR function in a Factory set up.
• Have the ability to overseer Admin functions in a factory set up
• Have up to 8years experience in driving business performance in a fast paced factory environment.
• Have what it takes to develop company’s b2b segment
• Be able to attract and develop new customers account in food, cosmetics and the Bulk Ingredient Division (BID)

Qualifications:

• First Degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource or related discipline.
• MBA/MSc in Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Human Resources Management or related discipline etc.
• Relevant professional certifications
• Advanced skills in Microsoft office suites (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc)
