    GET Mechanical Engineer (CNC Programming)

    Key Responsibilities

    • CNC Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders, to produce precision parts.
    • Project Planning and Execution: Interpret project blueprints, plan machining sequences, schedule workloads, and execute machining operations with precision.
    • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Troubleshoot issues with CNC programs, tooling, or machine malfunctions, making decisions to ensure continuous production flow and product quality.
    • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers, quality control inspectors, and production staff to address design specifications, quality requirements, and production schedules.
    • Quality Control: Conduct quality control tests during and after production to ensure products meet strict standards.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in CNC machining, with familiarity with various CNC machines.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in CNC programming and machining operations.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
    • Knowledge of machining tools.
