Geography Teacher at Jewels Leading Lights Academy

Responsibilities:

• To teach exceptional lessons that engage and challenge all students
• To create a supportive and stimulating learning environment in the classroom that helps all students to make excellent progress and develop as learners.
• To make a significant contribution to the values and ethos of the school.
• To actively promote and uphold the school.
• Teach basic science concepts and geography topics aligned with the British curriculum.
• Deliver hands-on experiments, fieldwork activities, and inquiry-based learning.
• Prepare learners for cross-curricular STEM activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
• Must be IGCSE Certified.
• A teaching qualification (PGDE, TRCN, etc.) is compulsory.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a reputable international school
• Strong communication, classroom management, and ICT skills
• Commitment to child-safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
