We are seeking a General Manager who will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the company’s operations, with a focus on improving engineering processes, enhancing production efficiency, ensuring effective project management, and driving the business.
General Manager will set and achieve financial and operational goals, ensuring that the company delivers high-quality products and services while meeting growth targets.
Responsibilities
Drive overall company growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make informed decisions.
Manage client relationships and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Develop new business initiatives, including market analysis and expansion strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, production processes, and project management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make high-level decisions, solve complex problems, and drive company success.
Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
