    General Manager / Sales Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Details

    • We are delighted to be recruiting for a brilliant opportunity for a General Manager / Sales Manager at a brand new Luxury Serviced Apartments bar / restaurant.
    • This is a unique opportunity to build a great brand in a fabulous Cosy Ikeja location.

    Responsibilities

    • To manage the day-to-day operations
    • Develop and manage new business opportunities, converting new clients for the business.
    • To ensure all areas of establishment continually delight and exceed customer demands
    • Managing and developing the team to provide the best possible customer experience
    • A strong background within Ikeja market and have excellent industry connections
    • Manage budgets and optimise revenue and profit at every opportunity
    • To seek out, develop and retain custom for the venue, and wider business
    • To maintain appropriate staffing levels, recruiting for the best talent
    • To manage ordering and stock control
    • To maintain cash handling procedures including general security
    • To develop your own and the team’s product knowledge by active involvement in training and knowledge sharing

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
    • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
    • A strong knowledge of the Ikeja market is a must for this role!
    • tenacious sales professional in order to grow the business, a real self-starter, confident in driving new sales and revenue opportunities whilst nurturing long term client relationships
    • Naturally you will possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, be extremely well presented and passionate about delivering the very highest standards of customer service.
    • Strong hospitality management experience
    • Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate staff
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, suppliers and customers.

    Package

    • In addition to a generous basic salary of up to N250,000 per month + Commission + great company benefits.
    • This is a quality company and offers great scope for future development.
