Job Summary

• The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the QSR restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and profitable performance while maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and employee satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities
Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to maximize efficiency.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring a high level of performance and customer service.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.

Financial Performance:

• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive sales to achieve financial targets.
• Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions to address any discrepancies.

Customer Service:

• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Quality Control:

• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• 5 - 7 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a General Manager in a QSR environment.
