• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel and tour company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the team to achieve organizational goals and enhance productivity.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
• Identify, secure, and close sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and clients within the travel and tourism industry.
• Utilize GDS tools such as Amadeus and Galileo to manage bookings, ticketing, and reservations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Ensure excellent customer service delivery and client satisfaction. - Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance and business growth to stakeholders.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
