Job Responsibilities

• Oversees day to day operations and customer service
• Proper care for all machines and equipment. Efficient productivity of the work force and facilities.
• Set-up and ensure observance of strong internal control, and high operating standards, enabling the company to attain national and international standard marks.
• Strategic planning and business / product development
• Marketing and relationship management
• External Liaison, image of the company and overall public relationship management.
• Financial and non-financial reporting to the board of directors, share holders, regulatory agencies and other interested bodies.
• Financial controls, integrity of the company’s financial records and reports
• Safeguarding of company’s assets including but not restricted to internal control procedures.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder of any 4-year course related to business
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience in FMCG industry (preferably cosmetics, skin care, beauty products, toiletries or perfumery)
• At least 10 years on a senior managerial role.
