Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and departmental performance.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, and achievement of company targets.

• Prepare regular performance reports for the MD.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
• 3 years’ relevant experience, with management experience.
• Proven track record in business development or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Real estate experience is an added advantage.
