About the Role

• Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager withs ound business acumen and accurate business analysis skills to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure efficiency across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of production and distribution units
• Develop and implement business strategies for profitability and growth
• Conduct accurate business and financial analysis for informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in water production
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource utilization
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen distribution channels
• Provide periodic performance and financial reports to management.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ management experience, preferably in FMCG or water/beverage industry
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of business operations, financial management, and market trends
• Good communication, organizational, and team management skills
• Must reside in or around Surulere, Lagos for easy accessibility.
