    General Manager

    Job Summary

    • We seek a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and business operations.
    • General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies.
    • To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.
    • Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and become more profitable.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee our day-to-day operations.
    • Design strategy and set goals for growth for the company.
    • Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of the company.
    • Set policies and processes that will improve productivity and profitability.
    • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
    • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
    • Prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors.
    • Ensure that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients.
    • Working closely with the National Sales Manager and other Heads of Department to improve staff performance.
    • Oversee large projects and interpret performance reports.
    • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / BA in Business or relevant field; having a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Senior Executive.
    • Experience in planning and budgeting.
    • Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
    • Strong analytical ability.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
    • Problem-solving aptitude.
    • Must beat least 40 years old and above.
