We seek an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a conglomerate with subsidiaries in transportation, real estate, autos, air and oil & gas.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-industry businesses, driving growth, and optimizing resources to achieve business objectives. This role demands a hands-on leader who can navigate complex environments, engage cross-functional teams, and ensure each subsidiary's smooth, profitable operation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and implement business strategies for each subsidiary to align with corporate goals.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation across all
Subsidiaries.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Drive operational efficiency, process im
Movements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and ensure business adaptability.
Report directly to the executive board on subsidiary performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
An MBA or equivalent is preferred for a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a relevant field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, ideally within transportation, real estate, or oil & gas sectors.
Proven leadership skills with strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Must have experience in at least two industries - transportation & real estate
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
