• Diagnosis and treatment planning: Examine patients\\\' teeth, gums, and jaws to diagnose problems and create personalized treatment plans.
• Restorative and cosmetic procedures: Repair damaged teeth with fillings, crowns, and bridges, and perform cosmetic services like teeth whitening and bonding. 
• Oral surgery: Extract teeth and perform other minor surgical procedures. 
• General procedures: Conduct root canals and fit patients for dentures and other dental appliances. 
• Patient management: Administer anesthetics, prescribe medications, and manage patient records. 
• Diagnostic evaluation: Interpret X-rays and other diagnostic tests to identify problems and plan treatment. 
• Referrals: Recognize when a patient needs specialized care and refer them to a specialist.
