Job Summary

• As we invest more in dynamic visual content, we’re seeking a skilled Motion Graphics/Animation Artist who can bring ideas to life through animation and storytelling, making learning and brand communication more engaging.
• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Gamification Designer to join our product development team.
• The ideal candidate will design and implement engaging game-based learning experiences that motivate students, enhance participation, and improve learning outcomes across Passnownow’s digital learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design interactive, game-based features to make learning engaging and immersive for students.
• Collaborate with product managers, educators, and developers to integrate gamification principles into the platform.
• Develop reward systems, badges, leaderboards, and challenge mechanics that align with learning objectives.
• Research and analyze trends in educational gamification and apply best practices to the platform.
• Prototype and test new gamification features to assess user engagement and learning effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze usage data to refine designs and improve user experience.
• Ensure that all gamified elements are age-appropriate, inclusive, and aligned with the Nigerian curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years’ experience in gamification, UX/UI design, or educational game development.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and behavioral psychology.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Unity.
• Creative mindset with a passion for education, learning, and user engagement.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and educational impact.
