Fundraising & Marketing Manager at Fosad Consulting

A not-for-profit organization whose sole purpose is geared towards the provision of Autism resources is looking to hire a Fundraising & Marketing Manager with the following job responsibilities:

• Formulate policies with the Foundation’s Trustees and assist when necessary in defining overall corporate direction
• Draft funding proposals for approval of Trustees and submit as approved to potential donors
• Provide innovative ways to raise awareness to garner funding
• Organize and attend non-profit events and network with relevant stakeholders
• Establish good relationships with staff, potential donors, government and the media
• Conduct research on Fundraising opportunities
• Draw up plans with annual targets
• Submit related content for press releases as required

Qualifications and skills requirements

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Media Relations or related field
• 3-5 years' fundraising or marketing experience
• Good knowledge of the Charity sector
• Experience with managing small teams
• Good written, verbal and telephone communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and popular social media applications

Remuneration

• Basic monthly allowance – N150,000.00
• 2.5% of any funds received on behalf of the NGO
