The Role:
The ideal candidate should have functional experience working with procurement, Inventory and Financial management systems. They would have an expert grasp of navigating Web applications GUI with at least junior to intermediate level experience querying databases such MS SQL Server and Oracle databases. They would have a high-level competence working with windows operating systems and Chrome browser. They would either have prior working experience providing functional support for ERP Applications or are able to quickly learn and pick up the necessary knowledge and skills to guide and support client users in the use of our ERP solution and provide fast resolution to User’s support requests. Experience doing Business analysis work in an application development environment will be an advantage.
