Fullstack Developer at Milestone Hotel

About the Role

• We are looking for a driven, passionate, self-motivated Full Stack Developer who wants to work on a SaaS product with our based Partner.
• Our tech stack includes React, Node, GraphQL, Java, Python, AWS, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, MySQL, Lucene/Solr, Redis, Kafka, Docker and more.

What You’ll Do

• Take high level ideas and transforming them into live products.
• Take full ownership of features, working based on best practices and business priorities while collaborating with other teams to make an impact on our product.
• Plan and design features, working closely with the Product and UX team to fulfill the product vision.
• Provide technical feedback to peers.
• Understand and measure the impact of your features using state-of-the-art monitoring tools.
• Implement and test your code with unit tests and integration tests, and contribute to our automation infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams located in Nepal, Taiwan and the US

At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably with technologies such as Node.js, React, GraphQL, microservices, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in web stack programming, from integrating with backend APIS design to building complex user-facing interfaces
• BSc in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
• Good knowledge of service-oriented development and design patterns.
• Good understanding of web application development and SaaS models.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
• Experienced using AI coding assistants and copilots
• Experience in LLM-based workflows and automation
• Highly motivated problem solver, team player, and a passion for technologies.
• Fluent English (both verbal and written).

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

• Independence, self-direction and experience owning complete products and features
• Familiarity with CI/CD technologies like webpack and modern frontend development with React.
• Experience with cloud-based architecture and distributed systems.
• Understanding the backend asynchronous processes and data integrity.
