Job Description

• Full Stack Instructor will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in both front-end and back-end web development.
• The instructor will deliver interactive lessons, practical projects, and real-world examples to equip learners with in-demand skills for building and deploying full-stack applications.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, technology, and guiding learners toward successful tech careers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures and hands-on coding sessions on web development.
• Teach technologies including in frontend and backend development
• Create and update course materials, assignments, and project-based modules.
• Mentor and support students through coding challenges, reviews, and career guidance.
• Evaluate and track student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Stay updated with modern web frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork through group projects and peer learning.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of the training program.

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in front-end back-end technologies.
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and deployment tools.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for helping others learn and grow in tech.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
