Job Summary

• We are seeking competent and skillful FTTH Engineer to work in various positions such as; Problem Management Officer, Home Connection Field Compliance Officer, Service Fulfilment Analyst and Service Fulfilment Officer.
• The Service Fulfilment Officer – FTTH is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end coordination, tracking, and execution of fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) customer installation and activation requests.
• The FTTH Home Connection Field Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring the successful, compliant, and high-quality delivery of fiber broadband (FTTH) installations at customer premises.
• The Service Fulfilment Analyst is responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of FTTH home connection activities, focusing on SLA compliance, vendor KPI measurement, and operational reporting.
• The Problem Management Officer – FTTH Home Connection is responsible for proactively identifying and resolving systemic and recurring issues affecting FTTH HC installation and activation processes

Requirement

• BSc/HND graduate in a related field.
• Proven years of experience as FTTH Engineer.
