    Front Desk Officer

    Our client in the Oil & Gas industry requires a Front Desk Officer to join their team

    Summary:

    We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer/Receptionist with experience in a similar role and excellent administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Additionally, this role involves providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicating courteously with clients through telephone, email or face to face
    • Greeting and welcoming guests as they approach the front desk
    • Make routine calls to new and existing clients to receive their feedbacks.
    • Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and organized
    • Assist in general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
    • Responsible for receiving all office correspondences, packages and distribute them
    • Responsible for organising training and meetings
    • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
    • Address and resolve inquiries or issues from clients and staff.
    • Handling office and Statutory documentation

    Requirements

    • 2 to 3 years of experience as a front desk receptionist with administrative responsibilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer Relationship Management skill
    • Good Reporting & Time Management skills
    • Problem Solving and Creativity
    • Good Team Player
