Job Description

• Manage with day to day operations of the Front office functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Front office Manager
• Coordinate all Front office duties
• Communicate with guest in a very excellent professional manner
• Properly handle complaints and grievance from guests and customers.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of HND
• 3 - 6 years work experience as a front desk officer or a receptionist in a hospitality industry
• Proven experience as a front desk officer.
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
