Front Desk Officer (NYSC) at Silk Plaster Nigeria Limited

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering greetings to guests and welcoming them warmly. You will also be tending to any questions or issues they may face, and make sure that the front office area is professionally managed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Administration or any other related field.
• Little or no prior experience in sales and marketing.
• Must be a FemaleRequirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in administration or any related field
• Little or no prior work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in management softwares

Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day shift meetings
• Attend weekly staff meetings
• Operate front desk members efficiently
• Manage records, budgets, and contracts
• Supervise bookings, phone calls, emails, and appointments
• Report to the general manager with proper reports
• Attend to the issues of customers
• Other administrative duties as required by the management.

Salary: 30k (Corp Member Preferably)
