Front Desk Officer at Maison Fahrenheit

• We are hiring an experienced Front Desk Officer to join our hotel team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a hotel front desk role
• Must be experienced with Opera PMS
• Good knowledge of hotel check-in/check-out procedures
• Ability to manage reservations and guest accounts
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, well-presented and friendly
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Must be reliable, organized and able to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist hotel guests
• Handle check-ins and check-outs
• Manage reservations and room assignments
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries
• Maintain accurate guest records and accounts
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
