    Front Desk Officer

    ob Summary

    • Our client is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth front-office operations.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and scheduling
    • Receive and distribute correspondence (letters, packages, etc.)
    • Support internal teams with basic office operations
    • Ensure compliance with office procedures and policies

    Job Requirements

    • OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field
    • 1–2 years relevant experience as a Front Desk Officer or Administrative Assistant
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
    • Resides within Gbagada or nearby areas (highly preferred)
