Our client is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth front-office operations.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and scheduling
Receive and distribute correspondence (letters, packages, etc.)
Support internal teams with basic office operations
Ensure compliance with office procedures and policies
Job Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field
1–2 years relevant experience as a Front Desk Officer or Administrative Assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
Resides within Gbagada or nearby areas (highly preferred)
