Job Summary

• The Data Entry Intern will work closely with the Customer Service Department to accurately capture, update, and manage client information, inquiries, and transaction records.
• The ideal candidate must be organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update customer information in the company’s CRM and databases.
• Record client inquiries, complaints, and feedback accurately.
• Maintain and organize customer records (soft and hard copies where applicable).
• Generate basic reports for the Customer Service team.
• Assist in tracking customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Support the department with general administrative and documentation tasks.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree (or currently serving NYSC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of customer service processes is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.

Job Description

• The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director.
• The ideal candidate must be professional, discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director
•  Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
•  Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
•  Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
• Screen calls, emails, and other communications for the MD
• Arrange travel, logistics, and accommodations when required
• Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met
•  Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 2–5 years experience supporting senior executives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•  Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
•  High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
•  Ability to work with minimal supervision.
