Front Desk Officer at Mazelle Investment Ltd

A Spa Company that deals with the upscale day spa focusing on providing high-quality, full-service beauty care to clients, is looking for a vibrant, smart, proactive and experienced candidate to fill in the position of Front Desk Officer.

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Stae

Qualification:

• Minimum of OND in any field
• Must have relevant experience in Front Desk
• Experience working in Beauty and Spa would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Schedules clients or cancels appointments by the clients' request
• Receives payment from customers for services
• Records notes of work done, products used and fees charged after each visit of a customer
• Be on time for a shift and maintain a consistent, regular attendance record
• Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Accurately book, change and cancel appointments by clients’ request
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
• Ensure that the relaxation area is clean and stocked for the flow of in-coming and out-going guests.
