    Front Desk / Customer Relationship Officer

    Job Description

    • Handling of all incoming Calls to the company
    • Follow-up of prospects and customers for close of sales and after sales customer relationships.
    • Prompt issuance of invoices to service-based customers, and liaising with the customer to ensure such invoices are settled in good time.
    • Preparation of proposals and other business correspondences, both for business solicitation and products sale
    • Partake in the marketing activities for the company’s core products and services
    • Take responsibility for orderliness and conducive ambience within the office
