    Front Desk Admin

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Admin. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet visitors and provide assistance
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Manage mail and deliveries
    • Schedule appointments and meetings
    • Assist with administrative tasks
    • Maintain reception area

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous office experience preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication skills
    • Organizational ability and attention to detail
