    Freelancers/Independent Sales Personnel

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven work experience in the field or related field 
    • Ability to work independently and set personal goals while managing your own schedule effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
    • In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, including property values, trends, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in using real estate software and online marketing tools to list, market, and research properties.
    • Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable terms for clients and resolve conflicts professionally.
    • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service, building rapport with clients, and maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards. 

    SALARY : Strictly Commission Based.  

     MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
    • Create and maintain listings of available properties, including photographs, descriptions, and pricing information.
    • Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, pricing, and property values to provide accurate advice to clients.
    • Schedule and conduct property viewings, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of the property's features and potential.
    • Assist clients in making offers, counteroffers, and negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements between buyers and sellers.
    • Manage and organize all necessary paperwork, contracts, and disclosures for real estate transactions, ensuring legal compliance.
    • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry, including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other relevant contacts to provide clients with comprehensive services.
