• Ensure proper labeling, dating, and rotation of food items to minimize waste.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and management to resolve quality-related issues.
• Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure all equipment and surfaces meet sanitation standards.
• Evaluate customer feedback and incorporate insights into quality improvement initiatives.
