Food and Beverage Supervisor at Swift Consulting

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Train, motivate, and manage F&B staff.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Supervise waitstaff and ensure smooth service operations. 
• Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments.
• Assist in stock control and inventory management.
• Support management in daily operational tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• HND/BSc degree in Hospitality management or a related field.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
