Food and Beverage Supervisor at a Reputable Hospitality Company

Key Responsibilities 

• Handles and maintains all operational equipment - utensils, plates.
• Responsible for hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant and bar.
• Assists F/B Manager in all designated assignments. Coordinates waiters and set up of outlets.
• Monitoring timing during service and ensures that all service of Food & Beverages is always up to expected standards.
• Oversees all the F/B back office staff, operational schedules and monitors the functionality of equipment.
• Ensures that all bills are billed and charged correctly an in accordance to rules.
• Ensures that all equipment are well stored and handled professionally.
• Ensures that soiled and damaged utensils are removed and recorded and reported appropriately.
• Monitors hygiene standards and adherence of all F& B staff.
• Ensures no chip Chinaware or Glassware is mingled with the official items.
• Oversees that staff look presentable in accordance to the hotel’s grooming Standards.
• Learn Guest names, faces, and masters individual’s preference of guest.
• Remains at alert to handle guest dis-satisfaction, informs imminently any unresolved complaint to the F&B Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:  OND

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2 YEARS
