Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Flight Captain located in Lagos.
• The Flight Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
• Daily tasks include pre-flight planning, conducting safety checks, coordinating with the flight crew, and navigating the aircraft.
• The Flight Captain is also responsible for handling in-flight emergencies, maintaining communication with air traffic control, and delivering exceptional passenger service.

Qualifications

• Qualified on either CRJ Series and Q400 or B737NG
• Possess an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a minimum of 4000 flight hours
• Minimum 1000flight hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive understanding of aviation regulations and safety procedures
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly
• Proficiency in using aircraft navigation and communication systems
• Experience in operating modern aircraft and advanced understanding of flight operations
