    Fleet Monitoring Officer

    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Fleet Monitoring Officer to oversee and manage the efficiency, safety, and performance of our fleet. The ideal candidate should have experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or haulage industries and be skilled in fleet tracking and optimization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and track fleet operations in real-time.
    • Ensure drivers comply with company policies and safety standards.
    • Analyze fleet performance data and report insights.
    • Optimize vehicle allocation, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.
    • Work closely with drivers and logistics teams to resolve operational issues.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet monitoring (ride-hailing, logistics, or haulage industry).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
