    Fixed Income & Mutual Funds Sales Executive

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fixed Income & Mutual Funds Sales Executive to drive the distribution of fixed income products and mutual funds to individual and institutional clients. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of capital markets, product knowledge, and a proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Promote and sell fixed income products and mutual fund schemes to retail, HNI, and institutional clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial advisors, and wealth managers.
    • Conduct product presentations, portfolio reviews, and investment planning discussions with clients.
    • Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and fund performance to provide informed investment recommendations.
    • Work closely with the product and investment teams to understand and communicate product features, benefits, and risk profiles.
    • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through proactive business development.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during sales processes.
    • Generate regular reports on client meetings, pipeline activity, and sales performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in mutual fund and fixed income product sales.
    • Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, and portfolio management principles.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and client portfolios to recommend suitable investment options.
    • Experience working with wealth management firms, banks, or AMC distribution channels.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and financial planning software.
    • Ability to explain complex financial products in simple, client-friendly terms.
