Job Brief

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and management reporting activities.
• This role is responsible for ensuring financial information is accurate, consistent, timely, and readily available to support business decisions and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review and decision-making.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies or variances.
• Support month-end financial reporting and closing activities.
• Prepare management reports and financial performance summaries.
• Monitor financial performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting activities.
• Analyze financial data to provide meaningful insights to leadership.
• Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and maintained in line with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and reconcile financial information.
• Maintain proper documentation of reporting processes and financial analyses.
• Support continuous improvement of financial reporting procedures and workflows.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in financial reporting, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Proven experience preparing financial reports and management reports.
• Strong reconciliation skills with the ability to investigate and resolve financial variances.
• Experience supporting month-end reporting and financial close processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial analysis and reporting functions.
• Experience using QuickBooks Online Advanced is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
