Financial Director at Tranquil & Quest Medical and Diagnostics Limited

Job Summary:

• Tranquil & Quest Specialist Hospital is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Financial Director to oversee and manage all financial operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth while supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hospital’s mission and long-term goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all departments
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations, policies, and standards
• Manage cash flow, capital investments, and cost-control initiatives
• Prepare accurate financial reports and present insights to executive leadership and board members
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting teams
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to improve operational efficiency and profitability
• Maintain relationships with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, ACA, ACCA, or CPA preferred)
• Must have completed ICAN
• Masters is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Prior experience in healthcare or hospital finance is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and healthcare funding structures
• Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a specialist or multi-disciplinary hospital setting
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
