Financial Controller at Ralds & Agate

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree in Accounting;
• Master’s (MBA/MSc Finance/Economics) is an advantage
• ACA/ACCA certification is mandatory
• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive finance or accounting experience, including audit firm exposure
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial finance role
• Experience in construction, property, or facilities management is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, taxation, budgeting, and financial modelling
• Expertise in treasury management, risk assessment, and ERP/financial systems (SAP, Sage, ERPNext)
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across business units
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and tax regulations
• Coordinate annual audits and statutory filings
• Partner with business units to track profitability, ROI, and project viability
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
