Financial Analyst at Design Union

JOB SUMMARY

• Accurate Financial Analysis of the Company\'s Financial Statements, Budgets and Management Reports for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual review of performance, to show and explain the Company\'s financial transactions and financial positions.
• Providing Management with forecasts and projections about how the company will perform in the future, to support preparation of the Company\'s long-term financial growth strategies and business objectives.
• Generating insights and making recommendations on how to improve business operations, including costs reduction proposals and opportunities to increase operational efficiencies.
• Financial modelling, which is typically involved in the preparation of product profitability models, involves predicting and assessing financial performance.
• Prepare and present periodic updates as requested on project responsibilities

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE 

• B.Sc.  (1st or 2nd Class Upper) in Accounting /Finance plus M. Sc. in Social Sciences or Management
• Qualified Accountant - ACA 
• Minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience in Financial Management
• Proficiency in the use of Enterprise-wide Accounting Application such as SAGE or SAP, Ms Office packages and Power Point Presentation.
