Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing clients with expert advice on financial planning, investment strategies, and insurance solutions. Your role will involve identifying clients' needs, offering tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a client portfolio by identifying potential customers and generating leads.
• Assess clients' financial situations, needs, and objectives to recommend suitable products and services.
• Provide guidance on insurance, investment, and savings plans to meet client goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and company offerings to provide accurate advice.
• Prepare and present financial reports to clients and management as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: OND, NCE, HND, or BSc in a related field.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
