At Ubulu Africa, you will manage daily financial operations (including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll), oversee all financial and management accounting activities, and develop financial policies for compliance and efficiency.
You will prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, conduct financial analysis for strategic planning, ensure regulatory compliance, manage audits, and provide financial insights to senior management.
Additionally, you will monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning.
Skills & requirements you should have
You should have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with proven experience as a Finance Specialist or similar role.
Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting is essential.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are required.
Experience with technology accounting (cloud services, subscriptions, licenses) is crucial.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, are crucial.
