Job Description

• As a Finance Officer at Shoppyrex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization.
• You will be responsible for managing financial operations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance for business planning and strategy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions and capital allocation.
• Participate in the preparation of audit materials and support external auditors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role, with a solid understanding of financial management principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including [Excel, Quick book,etc].
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation of financial insights.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
