Finance Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- City Ikoyi
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Responsibilities
- Biweekly and Monthly reconciliation of Bank.
- Monthly reconciliations of all GL's and Trial Balance.
- Manages all Banking and counterparty reconciliations.
- Monitor and supervise all company operational activities.
- Preparation of prepayment.
- Preparation of Fixed Asset.
- Preparation of Provisioning on loans.
- Monitor all bookkeeping activities.
- Manage all investment clients (Maturity of investment, Booking of investment).
- Monitor all counter party maturity.
- Prepare weekly Investment metrices.
- Book investment on CBS.
- Prepare Treasury Report.
- Prepare Management Account.
- Prepare CBN Report.
- Prepare Cashflow.
- Review all invoices before processing payment.
- Review All Tax payment versus GL’s.
- Review all entries before posting into GL’s
Requirements
- First Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics, relevant discipline, ICAN compulsory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance in a FinTech Company.
- Time Management
- Attention to details
