Finance Officer (Early and Mid Level) at Opticom Finance Limited

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Process payments, reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support the payroll process and statutory remittances (Tax, Pension, NHF, etc.).
• Prepare reconciliations for bank, supplier, and customer accounts.
• Support audit processes and documentation requirements.
• Monitor expense records and maintain up-to-date financial files.
• Perform any other finance-related duties as assigned by the Head, Finance & Admin.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or any related discipline.
• 2 - 3 years of post-qualification experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
